You now can post your property on MLS®.ca and pay a low flat fee starting at only $650.00 (Basic Package) instead of a listing commission, potentially saving you thousands of dollars.

Your property will show up like any other listing on MLS® and other various real estate sites.

We know that selling your home can be an overwhelming task. If you think you may need some help selling, no worries we offer two other packages; an Intermediate and Advance package (both designed to still save you money) that will give you help and expertise you need to get your property sold.
