BASIC SERVICE – Designed for the Do It Yourself-er, for sellers who are looking to get the exposure of their property on MLS and REALTOR.CA for 90 days and are confident and comfortable enough in handling all aspects of the real estate negotiations and transactions themselves.(Client is responsible for providing the pictures and the description of the property.)

• 4 month listing* on Medicine Hat Real Estate Board
• Posting on mls.ca, realtor.ca, sellandsave.ca, and more
• Virtual tour via Point2homes.com and listings on several other website
• Room measurements
• Personal visit to property by licensed REALTOR®
• Owner retains right to sell themselves and/or set selling commission

II. INTERMEDIATE SERVICE –  is designed for sellers that would like a little more involvement from us. It includes the “Basic Service Package” PLUS we will take care of the details for the listing such as photos, property description, etc. A lock box and “For Sale” sign will also be provided.

• $1,200 + GST
• All Basic services
• Market Value Recommendation
• Photos to highlight property (up to 50)
• Feature sheets supplied
• Property description for the listing
• Lockbox and “For Sale” sign

III. ADVANCED SERVICE – More of the “traditional real estate service”. This includes the most involvement from us. You get the “Basic and Intermediate packages” on top of us looking after all negotiations, offers, condition removals and document conveyance to lawyers and brokers, etc.

• BY Quote.
• For those not interested in selling themselves.
• All Basic and Intermediate services PLUS;
• Sale and negotiations, present offers, handle negotiations, manage condition removals, convey documents to lawyers and brokers ect.
• Comparable to a typical listing.

IV. NO FEE OPTION.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

• *Option to renew listing for additional 4 months – $100 + GST
• Homes over $500,000 and/or 2,000 sq.ft starting at an additional $200 to package fees above and $100 to appraisal fee
• Homes under $150,000 reduce above package fees by $150
• Properties outside of Medicine Hat and Redcliff, acreages, commercial properties by quote.
• REALTOR® Open house $100 + GST (Basic and intermediate package)
